Plugin Usage
Using the Plugin
Switch to the Outlook calendar view.

If the plugin is not fully loaded yet, this is shown by a grayed-out Vistameet button with the following information text: "Loading".

Then the sign-in button is displayed actively in the same place.
Click on the settings button, a browser window automatically opens where you can perform SSO verification.

Enter your user data and confirm by clicking the "Sign In" button.

If the verification was not successful, close the browser window and repeat the previous steps.
If you continue to have problems, you can reset your password or contact your customer admin.

After successful verification, this information window appears in the browser window. You can close the browser window and can now work with the Vistameet Outlook plugin.
Successful SSO Verification
If the SSO verification was successful, the following buttons are active in the Outlook calendar view.

Logout

By clicking the logout button, you can "log out" your user from the plugin. If you want to use the plugin again, you must perform SSO verification again.
